Outdoor Learning
Dear Parents,
I hope you are all keeping well at this time. We have been very busy in school at the start of the new term and have celebrated Outdoor Learning Day. This is a day where, for at least part of it, we took the learning outside. We will uploaded photos on Facebook and the website shortly for you to see what we have been getting up to.
Tonight your child will bring home their interim report. (If your child is self-isolating then these will be in the post). This will give you information on how well your child has settled back into class, where they are in relation to age related expectations and things you can do to help them with their learning. If you have any concerns and require a follow up phone call with the class teacher then this can be arranged through emailing the class teacher directly.
Many thanks for your understanding around the wearing of face masks at pick up and drop offs. Children are used to seeing them now and they give reassurance to people who need it at this time.
As you know we do have a group of children who are self-isolating. For any children in this position we upload the learning that they would be doing in class onto Microsoft Teams. If any parents can’t access this for whatever reason, please let us know and we do all we can to help. Also we want to keep in touch and would love you to show us any home learning so we can share with your classmates on the website and Facebook.
