On Monday 3rd July the children from Year 6 got to race the electric cars Mr Fraser's STEM Club have been building.

We were supported on the day by Amit Kumar (Cummins) and David Parsonage (Draken).  We started the day with a talk from David about his role as an aircraft engineer and how a lot of the skills used to create the car are transferrable to the aviation industry.  Amit has supported the children in STEM Club whilst building the car throughout the year.  Today they helped to time the races and we would like to say a huge thank you to them for their support.
