Darlington School Uniform Exchange is available to all families across Darlington, we have received around 4000 donated items to date which have been professionally laundered and redistributed. We have helped over 800 families in provision of uniform items, PE kit, school shoes and coats. The initiative is open to all children of pre-school, primary and secondary schools in Darlington.  

Darlington Borough Council are supporting the exchange to ensure all requests can be fulfilled, if you are aware of any families who you feel would benefit from the exchange we are here to help. Parents / Carers have the option of requesting items personally via the Council website completing an online form www.darlington.gov.uk/schooluniform or schools can request uniform on the families behalf using the same form or by sending an email direct to darlingtoncarescommunity@darlington.go.uk. Uniform items can be delivered direct to schools or families can collect from the Uniform Exchange which is based in the Dolphin Centre, our aim is to be discreet in helping all families.
